All goods supplied by UK Airsports are from official sources and are covered by a manufacturers warranty. The warranty period varies from 12 months to lifetime, and usually guarantees the item against manufacturing faults and premature failure under normal usage. Wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accident is not covered by a manufacturers warranty. Please note that the final decision as to whether the goods are faulty rests with the manufacturer. Most manufacturers will repair or replace a faulty item.
If you have a problem with a product you’ve bought from UK Airsports, please contact us, or check out our returns procedure before sending the item to us for inspection. For an even quicker response please email us a digital photo and description of the fault. If you have bought an item from one of our retailers, your first contact should be with them.
We will assess your returned item as soon as we receive it, and contact you with a solution at the earliest opportunity. Occasionally items will need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, and then repaired or replaced at their discretion. We understand how important an efficient and transparent service is when something goes wrong, and would like to assure you that we’ll do everything we can to make sure you are 100% happy and back in the air as quickly as possible.
