Terms and Conditions
Value Added Tax (VAT, currently 20%) is calculated on shipping destination. It is included in the price for orders shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU). For orders shipped to destinations outside the EU the price excludes VAT but orders may be subject to local sales tax or import duty. These are not included in our prices and customers remain liable for payment of these taxes or duties on or following delivery.
All orders must be paid for by credit card (Mastercard or VISA) or UK debit card. Payment by cheque, postal order or bank transfer is possible, please contact us for details. For online ordering we accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch and Maestro. We do not accept payment by AMEX or Paypal. All prices are in UK pounds sterling (£) and credit card transactions for orders from outside the UK will be converted by your card company at their current exchange rates.

Product suitability and use
Customers should be aware that paragliding, hang gliding, speedflying, speedriding and kitesurfing are potentially dangerous sports that can lead to serious injury or death. The use of unsuitable and/or incorrect equipment can increase this danger. Goods are supplied on the understanding that the end user has appropriate knowledge and experience of their sport, and can choose equipment suitable to their skill level. If there is any doubt in your mind as to the suitability of any equipment we supply please contact UK Airsports for advice. We will not be held responsible for any loss, injury or death resulting from the use of equipment supplied.
