PLAYGRAVITY2: THE OTHER SIDE

Paragliding, speedriding, big-wave surfing, heli-snowboarding and skydiving all come together in a beautifully orchestrated extreme sports extravaganza, in Playgravity2.

This film, like its predecessor, takes adventure sports cinematography to a new level, and what a level that is!

Sweeping camera angles that make your hair literally stand on end (the acro sequences in Playgravity2 are better than we've ever seen before), beautifully choreographed sequences that must have taken hours to set up just for a few priceless seconds of footage, and a collection of intriguing characters who reveal what they do and why they do it are the intoxicating ingredients that make up Playgravity2.

Producer, snowboarder and speedriding star of Playgravity2 Ueli Kestenholz explains this brilliant film as granting "a deep insight into the fascinating world of extreme athletes" and as "charming the spectator with impressive images and athletic state-of-the-art action - some of which has never been seen before."

Playgravity2 is dedicated to Mathias Roten, the brilliant young Swiss pilot who inspired and created the original film then died tragically in a speedriding accident just after it went on sale. His legacy lives on in this film, no more so in that its director is Lorenz Roten, Mathias' brother.

On a journey that takes us round the world via Alaska, Hawaii, Spain and Indonesia to name a few of the exotic locations, Playgravity2 unmasks a group of extraordinarily-alive people in a film that not only stuns, but touches the soul.

Fred Fugen, one of the stars of the skydiving sections, sums up the philosophy of Playgravity2 perfectly when he tells you.

"If you think about flying. Go! Fly! And don't wait! It's going to take more than a lifetime to explore anyway. You're late already..."

If you buy one film this year to drool over, be inspired by and show to your friends and family to say "This is what I do and why I love it!", make sure it's Playgravity2.
